Stockton’s Women Network hosted their Luncheon Meeting on February 1, 2012. Who better to promote, discuss, and entertain the community than Kate Post! Kate is the Executive Director, and the heart and soul of the Stockton Asparagus Festival. She has a featured article in this month’s Network News, where she talks about her responsibilities in developing California’s largest special events charity. That means that 100% of the proceeds from the Stockton Asparagus Festival go to local charities! We think that is what makes our festival, the best in the state and an even better reason to go and support it!
Kate continues to put forth full effort and achievements with every year, and this one is no exception. She is not only juggling this year’s events, but is also planning a brand new plan of attack for the San Joaquin County Fair and its horse racing! We salute you, Kate Post, for being the driving force behind making all of these wonderful, locally run ventures. Everyone loves fun and entertainment so how could anyone say no to Kate?!
