Canstruction

Canstruction® is the most unique food charity in the world! Their humanitarian effort brings imagination and generosity together. Various companies and individuals donate money to have sculptures built entirely out of canned goods. A team of artists and designers will be setting up installations within the Home Expo inside the Civic Auditorium. You can watch them being created, and after final completion (usually a few hours) these incredible pieces of artwork will be on display throughout the duration of the Festival.

The best part is, after the festival, the structures will be dismantled, and the canned goods will be donated to The Stockton Food Bank.
