Interested in taking home some fresh cherries, or maybe nuts, or flowers? Then you’ll want to visit the expanded Certified Farmers Market, sponsored by Rancho San Miguel and Food 4 Less.

You can’t get any fresher than by shopping at a Certified Farmers Market. The locally grown fruit and vegetables come straight from the field to you, the consumer, and at considerable cost savings.

The Asparagus Festival offers a preview of what customers will find at the Certified Farmers Markets located in Stockton and Tracy. This year, at the new expanded location you will find:

  • Fresh strawberries grown along California’s Coast from Mondragon Farms
  • Dried fruits and flavored almonds from Ripon’s 4-K Farms
  • Fresh cut flowers from 4 Seasons Flowers
  • Tree-ripened cherries, first of the season from Linden’s Lagorio Farms
  • Gourmet potatoes and unique asparagus from Zuckerman Farms, fresh from the San Joaquin Delta
  • Flowers, plants, trees and other nursery items from Stockton’s Main Street Nursery
  • Fresh veggies from Stockton’s M&L Campuzano Farms
  • Fresh baked bakery items from Le Croissant Bakery
  • Gourmet flavored canola oils from Dorothy Coils Gourmet Foods

In addition to these specific items, you’ll also find fresh fruit, jams, jellies and other items unique to the Farmers Market.

Stockton Certified Farmer's Market The Stockton Certified Farmers Market opened in July 1979 under the Crosstown Freeway and has grown considerably, getting bigger and better each year. Today they operate six markets – five in Stockton and one in Tracy – as well as the annual market at the Stockton Asparagus Festival.
