General Information
Get ready for the 27th Anniversary of the Stockton Asparagus Festival, April 27, 28, 29, 2012. The festival is open each day, 10:00AM – 7:00PM. Vendors are required to maintain their space for the duration of the festival. Space is sold for three days only.

Applications: Applications will be accepted until a category is full or space is available. A limited number of vendors are selected in each category. This policy gives all of our vendors an opportunity to have a profitable show.

$1150-$1450 Food (SOLD OUT)
$1050-$1250 Commercial & Exhibit (SOLD OUT)
$550-$650 Local Nonprofit Organizations (SOLD OUT)
$485 Small Business Expo (SOLD OUT)
$550-$600 Art & Wine (SOLD OUT)


Returning Vendors:
Vendors who want to keep, add or relocate their space must return a completed application, the required forms and a full deposit on or before December 1, 2011.

New Vendors: Applications received on or before December 1, 2011 will have priority as space is available. Deposits will be held until your placement is confirmed by phone or email. Insufficient Funds will void your priority placement. An itemized invoice will be sent to you with balance remaining once your application has been processed.

Payment: If you are paying with a credit card DO NOT write your card number on the application. Our office will call you for the number. Placement of your booth is made once all the paperwork is completed and full payment has been received. Final payment is due by March 15, 2012.

Insurance: The Vendor shall obtain and keep in force until completion of the festival, including set up and tear down; a Commercial General Liability Insurance contract with liability limits equal to or greater than $1,000,000 each occurrence. TWO FORMS ARE REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF STOCKTON. See full details on the applications. If you do not have a policy in force we may be able to provide one for you.
