Important Notes and Do's and Don'ts At the Festival

Important Notes and Do's and Don'ts At the Festival Attn: Group Leaders
It is imperative that you communicate the following information with each of your volunteers. It is very important that every one of them is aware of these facts.

PARKING:
Please encourage your Sat. / Sun. volunteers to park at Delta College and ride the bus.

BUS:
Volunteers can ride the bus on Saturday & Sunday for free only with your volunteer pass. You MUST show this pass to ride the bus. No exceptions!

VOLUNTEER PASSES:
Please make sure you get the volunteer passes & information to your volunteers PRIOR to the festival. We will not hand out passes to anyone at the festival. It is your job to communicate with your volunteers about their passes, schedule and where they will be working. Volunteer hospitality is located in South Hall of the Civic Auditorium.

Volunteers must have their passes to get their lunch at volunteer hospitality. Their passes will be holepunched for their meal.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 943-3151 or e-mail: leslie.snyder@anheuser-busch.com
